The National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a flagship program of the Government of India designed to promote apprenticeship training across various sectors. The scheme provides financial incentives to employers for engaging apprentices and also supports the basic training of candidates who may not have prior practical experience. NAPS aims to increase the participation of youth in skill-based training by offering a structured pathway into the workforce. Students enrolled under the scheme gain valuable on-the-job experience in our institute, and a monthly stipend during the training period. ABVGIET encourages students to explore apprenticeship opportunities available under NAPS, which serve as a stepping stone to meaningful employment and long-term career growth.
