Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Institute of Engineering and Technology (ABVGIET) is the second Government Institute of the state that came into existence in 2012. It is situated at Apple Valley in Queen of Hills (Shimla), 170 km away from Chandigarh on NH-22 & SH-6. Students getting an education in this Institute are Honest and Hardworking by nature. They had shown tremendous potential to acquire skills in the respective field of studies as well as acquiring practical expertise.
